1️⃣ Return at the Time of Delivery

  • Customers can only return a product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • Once the delivery is completed, no returns will be accepted.

2️⃣ Return Eligibility

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

3️⃣ Return Charges

  • Customers must pay the delivery charge to process the return.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved by the delivery person, the refund will be processed immediately.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
  • If the product was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided in cash upon return.

🚨 Non-Returnable Items

  • Electronics, accessories, and hygiene-related products (such as undergarments, cosmetics, and personal care items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
