1️⃣ Return at the Time of Delivery
- Customers can only return a product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- Once the delivery is completed, no returns will be accepted.
2️⃣ Return Eligibility
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.
3️⃣ Return Charges
- Customers must pay the delivery charge to process the return.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved by the delivery person, the refund will be processed immediately.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
- If the product was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided in cash upon return.
🚨 Non-Returnable Items
- Electronics, accessories, and hygiene-related products (such as undergarments, cosmetics, and personal care items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
